WatSan is a boutique management consulting firm whose mission is to assist stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector address and manage their sector-linked issues, concerns, risks as well as opportunities. Target clients include Multilateral / Financial Development Institutions, Host government and its regulatory agencies and Private Sector entities.

One-Person-Company or OPC window.

Conduct price review or tariff rebasing including but not limited to framing the price review strategy, identification of tariff “drivers”, preparation of master plan and service improvement plans (SIPs) which support the price proposal, negotiation of the price determination and implementation of the SIPs.
Public-Private-Partnership
Design, selection, implementation, and review of public-private-partnership (PPP) models. Advise client undergoing contract review as well as arbitration process linked to PPP project.
Public Policy and Regulation
Formulation and review of public policy, sector reform, and establishment of regulatory office.

Leveraging on real-world experience, advise client on developing and implementing a growth strategy in the sector.
